Apple Sues Also Galaxy s2 The Focus Once Again Against Samsung

Apple has lodged two complaints against Samsung because of patent infringement before the District Court of Düsseldorf. This involves all eight smartphones and two WiFi models. Also: In Mannheim, Apple was acquitted by a Samsung lawsuit.

Apple against Samsung, Samsung against Apple, we have again two new episodes of the patent wars for you. First, the Bloomberg news agency announced earlier in the week that the Californians before the higher regional court in Düsseldorf sued the South Koreans because of patent infringement in a total of 10 smartphones and Wi Fi devices. Except for the Galaxy

nexus all major models in the current Smartphone range are represented: Galaxy S 2, Galaxy touch, Galaxy S, Galaxy S plus, Galaxy ACE, Y, Galaxy Galaxy R and M wave. Yet the two as referred to in “Mobile Internet Devices” Wi-Fi devices Galaxy are also S WiFi 4.0 and Galaxy S WiFi 5.0. The action aims at a Europe-wide sales ban, negotiated on August 28. A ban on Galaxy S2, Galaxy touch & co. would certainly be a blow against Samsung, it is real best seller but with these devices. On the other hand, there will be certainly the new Galaxy S3 and possibly even a Note’s successor until the decision.

The patents is (once again) to so-called pan-European “Community designs”, in German “community design”.
